Below are answers to common questions that you may have regarding your massage.
What can I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit consists of a health history interview. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment time to complete the forms. I will begin your session by going through this form with you which may lead to assessment testing and questions that ensure you are provided with the best possible treatment to suit your needs. When I leave the room you will be asked to undress according to your comfort level, you will be draped with sheets at all times the only area exposed is the area that I will be working on, every other body part is draped at all times. COVID-19 protocols will be followed, masks are mandatory at all times.
How will massage benefit me?
There are many benefits to massage that may include reduced stress, increased range of motion, reduced muscular tension, reduced joint pain and/or inflammation and many other health related benefits. I will work with you based on your health history and post treatment success to develop a plan to maximize your specific needs.
Will my massage hurt?
Your treatment plan will be discussed and you will agree to what you are comfortable with. At any time during a session you are uncomfortable or it hurts too much (a pain scale will be discussed) the treatment can be altered or stopped at any time. Some post muscle soreness can be expected 24-48 hours after your treatment and this may last a day or two. There are things you can do at home to decrease the soreness and this will be discussed with you.

Payment is made after your session is over. I accept debit, cash, visa and/or master card.
